UDID Activation's Refund Policy

UDID Activation's refund policy states that "A customer is eligible for a refund before a UDID is considered "activated". Once a UDID is activated, a spot is permanent and a refund can not be processed unless under certain conditions which is decided between the staff and customer. Under no circumstances will a refund be issued before 24 hours after purchase. If, for some reason your UDID is not activated within the 24 hour period, you may request a refund. If we agree that you are entitled to a refund, a refund will be given within 24 hours after the refund request."
