**All orders with missing UDIDs at checkout will be delayed until the customer provides the UDID for their purchase. Refunds are available upon request in these situations as your activation hasn't taken place.

Refund Policy - Customer is eligible for a refund before a UDID is considered "activated". Please allow the full 24 hours befure requesting a refund. Once a UDID is activated, a spot is permanent and a refund can not be processed unless under certain conditions which is decided between the staff and customer.
